Tubes Radiatori: multi award-winning Origami

The radiator designed by Alberto Meda wins the German Design Award 2018 and joins the ADI Design Index 2017.
Origami has now clinched a generous seven accolades since it was presented in April 2016. For the fourth year running, the German Design Council has rewarded a product by Tubes Radiatori: following Agorà (2015, Special Mention), Scaletta (2016, Winner - Bath and Wellness) and Rift (2017, Special Mention), this year all eyes are trained on the Origami radiator, designed by Alberto Meda, which claims the German Design Award 2018, Winner in the Bath and Wellness category.
Origami was also picked to be published in the ADI Design Index 2017, the volume which, together with the 2016 edition, includes all the products pre-selected for the Compasso d'Oro ADI 2018 award. Together with this volume, ADI has organised an Exhibition Event in Rome and in Milan in which Origami participated, alongside other products selected for the ADI Design Index.
What's more, Origami will be on exhibit during Hong Kong Design Week (4th-9th December 2017), with Italy participating as partner country with an exhibition that involves the finest Italian institutions linked to the design world, including the ADI association.
These acknowledgements supplement those already attributed to Origami, namely: the Salone del Mobile.Milano Award as best product/bathroom sector 2016, the Archiproducts Design Award as Best of Category 2016 in the Bathroom category, the Good Design Award 2016, Design Plus powered by ISH 2017 and the Red Dot Design Award 2017.
